A teenager has been beaten and given flood water to drink for allegedly stealing a #45,000 phone. The neighbour who accused the boy stopped the boy from going to school while torturing him and subsequently found the phone 12 hours to the torture session.
The neighbour threatened the mother who is a cleaner and refused to hearken to her cry when the mother insisted that her son did not steal the said phone.
This happened in Owode in Mile2 in Lagos State yesterday as the boy has been stopped from going to school till the said phone will be found.
