The Chief Economic Advisor to the Government of Abia State, Mac Atasie, has stated that for Nigeria to reduce the stress on Naira, it needs to adopt the innovative idea of China.
Speaking to a group of media practitioners in Abia State on Saturday, 19th February 2022 at Roots restaurant, in a workshop organized by the Director-General of Mobilization Agency, Chief Paddy Anyatonwu, he stated that China adopted the act of growing what the world needed and turned it into one of the richest countries in the world.
Atasie who doubles as innovator for so many government electronic changes like e-tranzact, NIN, ABSSIN and so many others revealed that the China model could help Nigeria in building the nation as no country survives by borrowing.
In his lecture tagged ‘Innovation and action to lift Nigeria from Poverty’, Atasie explained that the mobilizing the human mind can be the most difficult thing but the human inspiration can change the world order.
“The foundation of creating something to make money is to transform people as the theories of the human mind can be developed into wealth.
A good nation can only achieve accelerated growth and development if it can finance it’s vision so being productive as an individual or a country can generate a capital to build a nation.”
He explained that a theorist who cannot finance a vision has already failed in the first step. The idea, he concluded, was to start no matter how small.
Thanking the resource person, the CEO of All Facts News, Mr Iroegbu Emenike stated that the lecture has been worthwhile while he called for more lectures on wealth creation.
