Sacrilege! Woman Sells Baby To Have A Grand Christmas
A 28-year-old woman, Oluchi Mba, has allegedly sold her seven-day-old baby boy for N350,000.

Mba who resides in Ogidi, Idemili North Local Government Area of Anambra State, was said to have sold her baby to one Edith Obiakor of Akudo Street in Nkpor.
55-year-old Obiakor then resold the baby to her in-law, one Vitus Aniunoh, aged 50, of Patterson Street, Fegge in Onitsha for N650,000.

According to Southern City News, a source, who pleaded anonymity, said Mba was boasting about how she would have a swell Christmas this year before she was arrested. “We were together one Sunday and she was boasting about how she would celebrate this year’s Christmas in grand style.”
The state Police Public Relations Officer, Haruna Mohammed, confirmed the incident to our correspondent.
He said the suspects had been arrested, adding that the baby had been recovered.
