The Obi of Onitsha, Igwe Achebe, has commissioned a new security network known as Onicha-Ado following the restlessness and killings that has beclouded the city.
The Igwe pointed out that the new gadgets will aid activities of the security network and improve security in Onitsha, Anambra State.
