Hon Ginger Onwusibe, the House of Representatives Member for Isiala Ngwa North and South Federal Constituency, has graduated with a law degree from Abia State University, Uturu.
Hon Ginger Onwusibe, the House of Representatives Member for Isiala Ngwa North and South Federal Constituency, has graduated with a law degree from Abia State University, Uturu.
Onwusibe, known for his proactiveness and determination, graduated on Wednesday from the prestigious university after being rusticated from the same institution in 2022.
