A man has disclosed how police in Edo State arrested for having in his possession five phones. All attempt to explain that they were all business lines fell on deaf ears as the police told him to bring a receipt before he can collect four phones after giving him one to go home with.
The Instagram user was made to write a statement but still, nothing came of it.
