Just six days after seventeen people were killed in a mosque in Maza-Kula village, Mashegu local government area of Niger State as bandits invaded community, bandits have killed worshippers in a Baptist Church in Kaakau Daji area of Kaduna State.
According to a post by the former Senator representing Kaduna Central, Shehu Sani on Monday, unidentified scores of worshippers were abducted.
“The yesterday’s attacks on the Baptist Church Kakau Daji, Kaduna state by terrorists, the killing of some worshippers and the abductions of scores of others is tragic and unfortunate. The suspension of the telecom services in the North is useless.
They killed Muslim worshipers in their mosques in Niger and Katsina state; they killed Christians in their Churches in Kaduna state; if the Government doesn’t want to declare them terrorists, it should declare them federal civil servants.”
For some weeks now, the telecommunication network has been shut down in most Northern States to tackle the rising insecurity in the region.
