Recall that Nnamdi Kanu’s father Eze I. O. Kanu who died last year will be buried on the 14th of February, 2020 at Afaraukwu Ibeku, Umuahia in Abia State.
There have been speculations that Mazi Nnamdi Kanu will be there to bury his late parents but he has refuted the claim saying that he will not be attending.
Though the Ohanaeze group has called on the President Muhammadu Buhari to grant him presidential pardon to bury his parents. The plea has not been responded by the presidency as of the time of this report.
