A student has narrated how a student of Obafemi Awolowo University was harassed and beaten when she complained about the harassment.
She narrated that the victim went to buy food and that it happened in front of the school maintenance security but they did nothing to stop the assault.

“Walked in on a case in maintenance. This babe was buying food.. This guy was tapping correct and she reacted and said ‘Are you mad?’
“The motherfucker then said ‘does she think she’s fine’ and he and his guys started beating her. I’m talking about slaps and punches. And people were just looking. Fucking looking! Her friends went to call the maintenance security men and they didn’t come out. You people were just lucky today that I or someone else didn’t get your plate numbers. Ko ni da fun yin o. “The woman that was selling the stuff was the one that narrated the story after I heard the girls friends dragging the security men. You mfs. ..you will still be apprehended o..wait n see. Update: Someone that just left the place informed me that the guys were still around somewhere.. They’ve left now though. Security did not do shit.
“Dude claims that he accidentally touched the girl and she insulted him…hence they beat her up. The woman who narrated the story to me took the girl and ran across the road..to stop the beating..these guys still followed her to continue the beating. This person confirms this.
