The operatives of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad, SARS, has assaulted and extorted him of #150k for chatting about money ritual in Lagos State.
The man shared the news on his Twitter page and said that the SARS official read his chat when he searched and could not find any incriminating thing on him.
They searched and saw where the guy made a money ritual joke and termed him a ritualist, collected the money and released him.
He said this, ” So SARS assaulted my friend and still illegally forced him to send 150k to them this afternoon.
Why? Because he cracked a joke with a friend on WhatsApp about Money Ritual.
“The SARS officers read his chats & tagged him a ritualist coz they couldn’t find anything incriminating. They searched for “Wire Wire, Client, Dollars and so many other shits in his chats” but couldn’t find any result, so they decided to scroll through his recent chat with me & saw where he cracked a joke abt money ritual.
It’s really sick that things get worse daily in this place.
They also checked his account balance, saw that he has almost 200k in his account and collected 150k, they even first asked him to send them 5 million since he’s a ritualist.”
