A lady who was abused and used in a child porn from when she was a baby has narrated how the Pornhub abused her right and monetized the content.
She narrated this on her Twitter page disclosing how she reached out to them to take down the s3x videos but this took forever for them to comply but they still left others.
She further disclosed how this has affected and caused her trauma, also how Pornhub does not care about legality and consent but view count.
Read below;
“I was abused & used in child porn from when I was a baby until I was 15. A few weeks ago, videos of me when I was a toddler, in diapers, being raped were uploaded to Pornhub.
The videos were left up for hours, days. One got over 600 views. They were monetized with ads. The more views they got, the more ads were put around & in front of the videos. I flagged the videos as “underage” and filled out the “content removal request form”, but nothing happened. I watched the view count tick up faster & faster.”
“The videos were left up overnight & finally removed in the morning, but only the ones where it was undeniably obvious I was a toddler. The ones where I was older – 9 or 10 – were left up; they were very popular. Finally, a full day after being flagged, they were removed as well.”
“There is no doubt in my mind that if we hadn’t sent email after email, threatening legal action & demanding the videos be taken down, Pornhub would have been happy to leave them up. They were quick to remove videos where I’m in diapers, but dragged their feet removing the popular ones where my age was *slightly* more ambiguous.
The more popular they got, the longer they were left up, & the more ads surrounded them.”
“Pornhub actively profited from my rape. This company does not care about consent, age, legality, or morality.
All they care about is the view count, so that they can show you more ads.
They do not care about victims, or the torture and trauma they put us through by victimizing us again and again. There is no more room for ambiguity. Yes, other platforms have problems with child pornography, but they have measures in place to protect victims and limit the spread of this content. Pornhub, on the other hand, not only excuses it, but actively encourages and profits from it.
Pornhub MUST be held accountable. Not only for what they’ve done to me, but what they have done and are currently doing to thousands of women and girls all over the world.”
