This just happened at eagle square, secretariat. Should protocols for government officials be carrying guns??? If yes, should they be allowed to shoot at random?? This happened in people’s faces knowing they might get away with this.
This is inhuman! I’ve not known the security protocol of the president or VP to shoot live rounds at passer-bys or newspaper sellers so I’m not sure why an official or big man with private security can license his private security protocol to shoot at people for trying to sell newspapers to them?
I wish I did a video-recording the man in the act but I thought he was just scarring us off the road only to see that a newspaper guy was shot dead.
I dunno, maybe a plan or measure can be devised by the Police or necessary law enforcement to register and monitor private security protocols so someone employed to offer protection would not think he needs to shoot other citizens in that regard.
