Festus Keyamo, the Spokesman of the Campaign Council of the President-Elect, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu has petitioned the Department of State Services (DSS) against Labour Party Presidential Candidate Mr. Peter Obi and Vice Presidential candidate Dr. Datti Baba-Ahmed over incitement and felony.
In a petition submitted to the DSS on Thursday, Keyamo, SAN, stated that the former Governor of Anambra State Mr. Obi, and Dr. Datti made incendiary remarks about Nigeria’s President-Elect.
The minister of State, Labour, and Employment accused Mr. Obi and Dr. Datti of lodging some youths in a hotel in Abuja where they push inviting remarks to cause unrest in the country.
He called on the DSS to invite, arrest, and interrogate them on their utterances and then charge them to court on a treasonable felony.

On Channels TV on Wednesday, Dr. Datti stated that the President-elect Alhaji Bola Tinubu did not meet the Constitutional requirement to stand the election, and swearing him in ends democracy.
He said, “Nigeria is officially in a state of constitutional crisis. Swearing in anybody who does not meet the constitutional requirement has ended this Democracy!”
