The Delta State College of Nursing Sciences has queried student Osato Edobor for posting an unauthorized video of students rejecting First Lady Oluremi Tinubu on her visit to the school.
In a letter signed by the Provost Mrs Evbodaghe Rita Ogonne on Friday, 28th of March 2025, the school stated that the publication was in contrary to the school regulations and punishable.
They directed her to respond within 24 hours while disciplinary actions should not be taken against her.
Recall that the students of Nursing Sciences Agbor, in a call and response song, rejected the First Lady when she visited the school for a Renewed Hope Initiative Health Programme and Distribution of 10,000 professional kits to Midwives in each Geopolitical Zone of South South Region.
When the Master of Ceremony MC extolled the First Lady saying ‘na our mama be this, we no get another one’ the student responded with ‘na your mama be this oo’.
