Francis Ayagah, the Chairman of Gwer West Local Government council in trouble in Benue State has landed in trouble as he allegedly shouted “APC” at a rally organised by PDP.
Ayagah was initially elected chairman on the platform of the APC, he, however, later defected to PDP in solidarity with the governor of the state.
The incident happened at a rally organised by Governor Samuel Ortom’s wife, Eunice, for the reelection of her husband. While the chairman mounted the podium to address the rally, he shouted “APC” twice.
It was gathered that there was no response from the PDP supporters, who felt embarrassed. Ayagah was later spotted kneeling down after being summoned before the PDP elders to explain the error.
