The Federal Government has approved the resumption of the National Youth Service Corps orientation camp which was closed over the covid-19 pandemic.
For the safety of the people, the Federal Government closed the orientation camps while instructing corpers already in camp to go home over the rising pandemic.
Its approval was made known by the Minister of Youths and Sports, Mr Sunday Dare, on the 15th of October, 2020.
The camp is expected to start on the 10th of November 2020.
Sunday wrote, “The Resumption of the NYSC Orientation Camp for prospective Youth Corpers has been approved and opens on November 10th 2020. Full COVID-19 Protocols will be enforced.”
Recall that COVId-19 started in Wuhan, China which spread and shut down the world. There are indications that a cure has been discovered which is currently passing through more clinical trials.
