President Muhammadu Buhari and Vice President Yemi Osibanjo have taken the AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine.
The President took the vaccine at a New Banquet Hall at the Presidential Villa in Aso Rock on Saturday morning in an organised ceremony.
The President is among the first African leaders to take the vaccine and has encouraged Nigerians to take the vaccine.
