The coronation of Eze Arochukwu Kingdom of Engineer Prince Eberechukwu Oji has been postponed pending the outcome of the investigation by the committee set up by the Abia State Government.
This was made known by the office of the Eze Aro of Arochukwu Kingdom on Tuesday and regret the inconvenience but assure that the new date will be communicated to all friends and well wishes.
The full statement reads; “The General Public is hereby notified of the postponement of the coronation of our king, the Eze Aro of Arochukwu, His Royal Majesty, Engr Eberechukwu Oji.
The coronation, initially billed to take place on December 26th, 2023 at the Arochukwu Civic Centre will no longer be held on the said date, as Abia State Government has requested for a postponement, to enable it to conclude investigations into issues that emanated as a result of the emergence of Eze Aro, HRM Engr Eberechukwu Oji.
By this announcement, we are asking our guests, well-wishers, and friends of the kingdom to be on standby for further information on the development.
We apologize for any inconvenience and assure you that you will be part of the Coronation Ceremony, once the new date is fixed.”
