A disturbing video has shown a man flogging a minor, who is left in his care, mercilessly in Borno State.

While the people in the background laugh, another older boy pours water and sand on the boy and the man continues to flog him.
The spokesperson of the Borno State Police Command, SP Nahum Daso Kenneth, has launched a manhunt for the man and urged the people to identify the man in the viral video.
“Borno State Police Command is deeply concerned about the above disturbing video depicting the alleged maltreatment of a boy by an adult. While investigations are ongoing, we urge the public to provide any relevant information regarding this incident.
