One Chance Operator Nabbed While Attempting to Rob Victims
A one-chance operator identified as Sunday Ike has been arrested by the operatives of the Umuchigbo Neighbourhood Watch in Enugu East Local Government Area of Enugu State while attempting to rob victims along the Uche bu Akpa axis in Umuchigbo.
A one-chance operator identified as Sunday Ike has been arrested by the operatives of the Umuchigbo Neighbourhood Watch in Enugu East Local Government Area of Enugu State while attempting to rob victims along the Uche bu Akpa axis in Umuchigbo.
The One Chance gang which consists of a keke driver from Ndiagu Amechi Awkunanaw in Enugu South LGA confessed to the gang’s/activities, including robbery and kidnapping, over 3 years.
He disclosed the names of other gang members including Ifeanyi and Emeka Nnewi, who escaped.
The suspect who was overpowered by the security team has been handed over to the police for further investigation and pursuit of the fleeing syndicate members.
The recovered tricycle had registration number ENU742WX.
