Police Raid Uncompleted Building, Arrest Three Suspects

As the Anambra State Police Command intensified the manhunt for an armed dealer known as Chukwuebuka, popularly known as Nwa Onyisha, three suspects were arrested in the early hours of 29th of April 2025.

The suspects, Paulinus Nkuda, Nwankwo Emmanuel, and Nwadede Godspower, were arrested during a raid in an uncompleted building at Iyiagu Estate, Awk, by Police Operatives attached to the B Division of the State Police Command acting on credible information.

According to SP Tochukwu Ikenga, while the main suspect, NWA Onitsha, is still at large, one locally made revolver pistol and some substances suspected to be hard drugs were recovered.

Meanwhile, the suspects and the Case have been transferred to the Anti Kidnapping/Rapid Response Unit of the Command for further investigation. The Operatives have also intensified the manhunt for the possible arrest of Nwa Onitsha.
