A 17-year-old orphan girl, Favour has been left for dead after she was brutally raped, beaten, bitten, slammed and pushed into a deep gutter and left to die in Ogun State.
Favour was declared missing after two days but was found in the pool of her own blood, barely conscious as she mentioned the person who raped and brutally assaulted her.
According to the girl who is receiving treatment in a hospital, she was raped by a 28-year-old boy, Robinson Godday, who has tried once to rape her in her room but her scream attracted neighbours.
Robinson was arrested after the case was reported but he was later released.
Three weeks after this, he stalked her while she was returning from her night shift and inflicted injuries.
Favour is an orphan whose late father is still in the mortuary, according to the source.
It was also revealed that Favour is currently numb from her waist to her toe as the doctors said she has developed a spinal cord injury.
Robinson has been arrested again and hopefully, the law will take its course.
