One of the world’s richest man, Bill Gates has announced that he is stepping down from the boards of directors of Microsoft and Berkshire Hathaway to devote more time to philanthropy.
One of the world’s richest man, Bill Gates has announced that he is stepping down from the boards of directors of Microsoft and Berkshire Hathaway to devote more time to philanthropy.

He announced this on Friday and stated that part of his plan was to “dedicate more time to philanthropic priorities including global health and development, education, and my increasing engagement in tackling climate change.”

Recall that Bill Gates started Microsoft in 1975 with Paul Allen and since maintained its stand in software development.
