Rape: KDSG Takes Over Case, Arraigns Suspects

The government heeded to the call when the Twitter went abuzz with the campaign for justice for the girl Jennifer and it got to their attention.
The government led by Governor Nasir El-Rufai stopped the police from releasing the two men who were caught while three are still at large.
One of the Twitter user who is at the forefront of the case shared this;

Thanks to everyone for lending their VOICES,The Kaduna state Government has taken over the case, the two suspects in custody have been arraigned before the court and were not granted bail, the case will be mentioned on the 10th right f June 2020

Recall that the parents of the boys allegedly gave the police N30000 to give to the parents so they withdraw the case.
The parents of the girl who were already intimidated by the families were left in pain until Twitter Nigeria clamoured for their arrest and supported the parents by coming out in droves.
