A man David Gator, has forgiven his 27-year-old wife Mavis who allegedly plotted with her lover Patrick to kill him so they could settle down together.
A man David Gator, has forgiven his 27-year-old wife Mavis who allegedly plotted with her lover Patrick to kill him so they could settle down together.
According to Adom News, David forgave and gave her some pocket money for her upkeep in police custody in Ghana.
The lovers were, however, arrested after an assassin they tried to contract on phone turned out to be a policeman.
The two made their first appearance in court on Friday, May 8, 2020. David, who was also present in court, assured his wife of his undying love as she cried.
He also gave her an undisclosed sum of money and reportedly told her it was for her upkeep in prison while an investigation into the matter continues.
According to the report, the man has long forgiven Mavis and appealed for the charges against her to be dropped so that he can take her back as his wife. 📸: Adon News
