Update: Deaconess Who Abused Housegirl Arraigned in Court
The NNPC staff and the Deaconess of Living Faith Church Barnawa, Mrs. Yemi Awolola, who was arrested for abusing and torturing her 14 years old House girl, Princess, was arraigned in a Magistrate court on Wednesday.

However, her two children who joined her in the evil act were given a bail of N700,000 each and the case was adjourned till 27th August, 2020.
Many people have shown interest in the case especially her Excellency Hajiya Aisha Ummi Garba Elrufai, Babajo Foundation, FIDA, JMA, GIWAC, CERSDOV, NBA, GAT, VDCare and many other concerned CSO and Media Houses who were at the court.
The deaconess was accused of putting turning stick into the Princess’s vagina.
She also burnt a knife and used it to burn Princess’s pubic hair and injured her clitoris as punishment.
Deaconess Yemi will tell her two children Tito and Nifemi to hold down the girl while she uses the lighter to burn the girl’s genitals.
The court decided that she will remain in custody until the adjourned date.
