The House of Representatives made the summon on Tuesday, December 1st, after 43 rice farmers were killed by Boko Haram insurgents in Zabarmari, Borno State last weekend.

The Speaker of the House of Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila, disclosed this to State House Correspondents after a meeting with President Buhari in his office at the Aso Rock Presidential Villa, Abuja, Wednesday evening, December 2.
Gbajabiamila did not disclose the date the President would honour the invitation but stated that he will face the House and disclose the security development in the country.
