Woman Bags Four Years Imprisonment for Brutalizing Houseboy
A 36-year-old woman, Mrs Opeyemi Omoyemi has been sentenced to four and half years in prison for brutalising a 12-year-old houseboy Joel Sunday.
A 36-year-old woman, Mrs Opeyemi Omoyemi has been sentenced to four and half years in prison for brutalising a 12-year-old houseboy Joel Sunday.
The incident which happened on Sunday 7th February 2022 left many tongues wagging as little Joel was beaten severely and injured for stealing a piece of meat from her pot.
On Monday, a magistrate court in Akure, Ondo State arraigned and sentenced her for the crime.
Joel was rushed to the hospital where medical attention was given to him.
