Two Children, Six Adults Die as Container Falls in Ojuelegba
Two children and six adults died in the Ojuelegba area of Lagos State when a container fell on a commercial bus on Sunday.

Two children and six adults died in the Ojuelegba area of Lagos State when a container fell on a commercial bus on Sunday.
Confirming the incident, the Permanent Secretary, of Lagos State Emergency Management Agency, Dr. Olufemi Oke-Osanyintolu, said that the truck bearing the container lost control while climbing the bridge.
He said, “Upon arrival at the scene, a truck conveying a 20ft container was found to have landed on top of a commercial bus.
“Investigation revealed that the bus was picking up passengers when the truck lost control and fell over the side of the bridge.
“A total of eight fatalities were recovered, comprising four adult males, two adult females, a girl, and a boy.”
The conductor of the vehicle and a passenger survived the fatal clash so far.
