The Labour Party’s legal team is currently in a meeting with the officials of the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC at the Commission’s national headquarters in Abuja.

The legal team which is led by Dr. Livy Uzoukwu and about 60 lawyers arrived at the commission’s headquarters to inspect the electoral materials used in the February 25 presidential election.
In an interview with AriseTV on Monday morning, the Labour Party Presidential candidate Peter Obi stated that he was challenging the rascality and process that declared the presidential candidate of the All Progressive Congress, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the winner of the election.
Despite the Court of Appeal permitting him to inspect the election material, INEC refused to obey the court orders.
