Nigerian Air: Court Grants Sirika, Daughter N100m Bail
The Federal Capital Territory High Court has granted a N100m bail to former aviation minister Hadi Sirika and daughter Fatima over the alleged N2.7bn fraud charges by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission.
The Federal Capital Territory High Court has granted a N100m bail to former aviation minister Hadi Sirika and daughter Fatima over the alleged N2.7bn fraud charges by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission.

They were arraigned on Thursday over six count charges bordering on abuse of office, among others.

According to the court, the sureties must have landed properties in Abuja and also responsible citizens.
The sureties must depose to an affidavit of means.
