The US Embassy and Consulate in Nigeria has launched a new platform with a new service provider for her VISA possessing services.

The notice came up on July 29, 2024, giving 26th August as the new date to switch and also launch their new site. With this development, applicants and indeed the public will no longer have access to their ustraveldocs.com account which was dropped by August 16, 2024.
Consequently, applicants will not be able to cancel or reschedule previous appointments nor have access to customer service using the old account and link.

Applicants will need to create new accounts and review their account information, make changes, submit requests, or contact customer service.
For details, applicants and indeed the general public are advised to contact https://ng.usembassy.gov
