“It is with great delight that I congratulate all the newly appointed board members of the South East Development Commission (SEDC), ranging from the chairman and my amiable brothers, Hon. Emeka Wogu, the managing director, Hon. Mark Okoye, the Executive Director for Finance, Rt. Hon. Stanley Ohajuruka and other distinguished members of the commission.
