Controversial Singer Portable Turns Himself In

Controversial singer Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, has turned himself in at the Lagos State Criminal Investigation Department (SCID) in Yaba just a day after he was declared wanted by the Ogun State Police Command for assaulting officials of the Ogun State Government.

This was stated by the Lagos State Police Public Relations Officer, Benjamin Hundeyin, in a post on X on Wednesday.

“Portable just turned himself in at the SCID Yaba. We have contacted Ogun State Police Command to come pick him up,” he said.

On Tuesday, Portable pleaded with the Ogun State Government that he was a federal government liability and makes a living through his shows.

But the Spokesperson of the Ogun State Police Command, CSP Omolola Odutola, insisted that he must report to the station.
