The Independent National Electoral Commission INEC has stated that the petition to recall Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan representing Kogi Central has not met the requirement of the Constitution.
The Independent National Electoral Commission INEC has stated that the petition to recall Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan representing Kogi Central has not met the requirement of the Constitution.

In a brief statement on Thursday on its Website, the Commission stated that Section 69 of the 1999 Constitution was not met in the recall process and assured of more updates.

“The petition for the recall of the Senator representing the Kogi Central Senatorial District has not met the requirement of Section 69(a) of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 1999 (as amended).
