Armed Men Abduct ECWA Pastor, Joint Security Launches Rescue Efforts

Pastor Samson Ndah Ali, a 30-year-old minister with the Evangelical Church Winning All (ECWA) in Mararaba Abro, Sanga Local Government Area of Kaduna State, was abducted from his home during the early hours of April 8, 2025.

Intelligence reports indicate that armed kidnappers stormed the pastor’s residence at approximately 12:45 a.m. on that day and forcibly took him to an undisclosed location.

In response, a joint team comprising the Nigerian Army, police, and the Department of State Services (DSS) has launched a coordinated effort to locate and rescue Pastor Ali, with a focus on ensuring his safe return.
