Labour Party: Otti Delivers Supreme Court Ruling to INEC

In a move to clarify the party’s leadership structure, a prominent Labour Party (LP) delegation, headed by Abia State Governor Dr Alex Otti, visited the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) headquarters in Abuja on Wednesday to provide an official update on recent judicial developments within the party.

Governor Otti presented a Certified True Copy of the Supreme Court’s recent ruling on the Labour Party’s leadership, aiming to ensure transparency and alignment between the party and INEC.

The high-level meeting facilitated discussions on fostering cooperation and strengthening democratic processes.

The delegation was warmly welcomed by INEC’s Acting Chairman, Mr. Sam Olumekun, along with other members of the Commission. Throughout the meeting, both sides underscored their commitment to neutrality and the importance of upholding the rule of law in all electoral matters.
