Immigration Set to Launch CERPAC Digital Platform, Announces Deadline for Submission
The Nigerian Immigration Service, NIS has set August 1st to launch a digital platform for the Combined Expatriate Residence Permit and Automated Card (CERPAC) application process.

In a statement signed by ACI Akinlabi, the Service Public Relations Officer, on Wednesday, it was revealed that the use of the physical process will be discontinued on the said date.
It stated that the move promotes transparency, efficiency and overall user experience.
It advised applicants with paid and unsubmitted CERPAC to do so on or before July 31, 2025.
It also advised individuals or companies assuming immigration responsibilities for expatriates to complete all pending applications before the due date to avoid inconveniences.
It warned that any CERPAC not submitted before the deadline will be void and invalid.
