Nnamdi Azikiwe University Bans ‘Signing Off’
The management of Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Anambra State has banned signing off and all other orchestrations for final year students following incidents of chaos and violence in the school premises.

In a statement on Tuesday, signed by the Registrar, Dr Chinenye Okeke, it stated that it was concerned by the presence of unauthorised persons in the school premises, which poses a threat to the students.
It therefore warned to arrest all outsiders found to further such activities or orchestrations.
While assuring of its obligation to safeguard the students, it urged students to focus on their academics and report any instance of misconduct or threat to life.
