2027: Chidi Nnamdi Vows to Put Constituents First If Elected

Hon. Chidi Nnamdi, Zenith Labour Party (ZLP) candidate for Obingwa/Osisioma/Ugwunagbo Federal Constituency in the 2027 general elections, has reaffirmed his commitment to placing the welfare of his constituents at the centre of his legislative agenda if elected. He emphasized that meaningful representation must go beyond occupying a political office to addressing the real needs of the people through purposeful advocacy, accessible leadership, and people-oriented initiatives.

He further maintained that his priorities would include promoting youth empowerment, supporting small businesses, advocating improved access to education and healthcare, and attracting federal projects that would stimulate economic growth across the constituency. According to him, the people deserve a representative who listens to their concerns, champions their interests, and remains accountable to them.

Hon. Chidi Nnamdi expressed his determination to pursue a people-centred approach to representation, stressing that the ultimate measure of leadership is its positive impact on the lives of the people. He called for a new direction in legislative representation—one anchored on responsibility, transparency, and measurable progress for the entire Obioma–Ngwa Federal Constituency.
