Police Inspector Arrested Over Shooting and Death of a Cleric
The police have arrested a police inspector in connection with a shooting incident which led to the death of a 28-year-old Muslim cleric Fatai Oladipupo along Obabiyi, Igando Road, Ikotun.
The police have arrested a police inspector in connection with a shooting incident which led to the death of a 28-year-old Muslim cleric Fatai Oladipupo along Obabiyi, Igando Road, Ikotun.

According to the statement, the Police Inspector, Okoro Charles will be subjected to internal disciplinary procedures, known as Orderly Room Trial at the State Provost Department and if found guilty, he will be handed over to the State Criminal Investigation Department Yaba for prosecution in conventional court.

The CP Hakeem Odumosu condoles with the family and friends of the deceased and assures them that justice will prevail.
