Lady Dies During Belly Fat Surgery

A yet to be identified lady with the Instagram handle miyah_sheaza has died while undergoing a non-surgical operation at Vanzplace in the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, Abuja on Monday.

In apost which has gone viral on Twitter, Miyah was undergoing a non-surgical operation called PDO threading.

The procedure which requires sticking needles in her stomach to shrink fat killed her at Vanzplace Beauty Clinic.

So far, many ladies have died following body enhancement and amendment surgeries over time in most clinics in the country including a lady identified as Crystabel who died after a surgery at the Cynosure Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Clinics, in the Mende area of Maryland, Lagos State.

Meanwhile, the federal and state governments have closed off some clinics involved in these acts.
