OMG! Referee Beaten After A Game In Ogun State
Following the draws by Remo Stars and Bendel Insurance on Sunday, January 20 a Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) referee was beaten after the game in Sagamu, Ogun State.
Bethel Nwanesi was attacked by supporters of Remo Stars after the match which ended in a draw.
According to reports, the home supporters were not impressed with the way the game was handled and let their frustrations known at the completion of the encounter.
