Actress Angela Okorie Meets Thailand Ambassador, Pleads For The Release Of Nigerians Rotting In Thailand’s Prisons
Actress Angela Okorie has met the Nigerian Ambassador to Thailand, Alh. Wattana Kunwongse, she pleaded for the consideration of Nigeria’s rotting in the prisons in Thailand. She shared this on her Instagram page yesterday while calling for a change in the world.

His Excellency Alh. Wattana Kunwongse (Nigeria Ambassador to Thailand) your memory on this day still impresses me as the day passes on. Working hard for yourself is self-dignity and working for the safety of your people brings integrity.
So many Nigerians in Thailand are being rotten in jail of Thailand kingdom. But His Excellency made me to understand that so many of our people are smuggling hard drugs that are not legal to their country. In fact, Thai law allows for the death penalty for anyone caught carrying, transporting, or using drugs. Although this maximum sentence isn’t often applied to Westerners, it is a possibility.

Numerous travelers sit behind bars in Thailand awaiting trials for years. His Excellency has fought vividly for the safety of our people in kingdom of Thailand, and to our people let’s isolate from acts that brings bad name to our country, let’s bring good name to our country. LET OUR HEROES PAST NOT TO BE IN VAIN. It is time for us to change the mindset of the world towards us. Let’s rise and compatriot for we are call to obey. God bless Nigeria.
