IrokoTv Boss Jason Njoku Under Fire For Saying Igbo Language Do Not Hold Any Economic Value
Businessman and IrokoTv boss has said that it’s ok if his children do not speak Igbo that they are currently learning French and will move to Mandarin.

He disclosed that that is his plans for them in the next four years. This statement didn’t sit well with Twitter people as they called it a boycott of the culture and heritage
Some asked him how many French or Chinese people have taken up his language since creation.
One Twitter user took his time to dissect what he said and the way he represented his culture when he should be projecting it being at the helm of affairs.
Some asked why he brought his company to Nigeria to grow with local contents when he could have set it in China and project their own language.
This, to him, means that he does not see the importance of the language and so feels it does not have any economic value to him or his kids in the future.
Twitter is currently on fire over this…
