Tragic: Fire Razes Down Market in Abia State
There was a fire outbreak at Afor Ogwe market in Ukwa West Local Government Area of Abia State in the early hours of Thursday which left many many properties destroyed.
There was a fire outbreak at Afor Ogwe market in Ukwa West Local Government Area of Abia State in the early hours of Thursday which left many many properties destroyed.

According to the preliminary investigation, the cause of the fire incident was adulterated kerosene.
According to an eyewitness, the youths of the village plunge into action and secured total control of the situation before the arrival of the fire service who also helped to salvage the situation.
As at the time of this report, no casualty was reported but properties like houses, shops, motorcycle were burnt to the ground.
