A young married woman was paraded around the village for allegedly stealing a bag of cassava in at Nkwedi village, Ohafia local government, Abia state.
A young married woman was paraded around the village for allegedly stealing a bag of cassava in at Nkwedi village, Ohafia local government, Abia state.
It was gathered that the woman has no disability which might warrant her to commit the despicable act.
To punish her, the villagers made her carry the bag of cassava on her head around the village to serve as a deterrent to others who might be tempted to commit such an act.
