UAE: Embassy Denies Restriction on Nigeria
The United Arab Emirates embassy in Abuja has reacted to the news of restricting Nigerians from entering the UAE over the high level of corruption in the country.
The United Arab Emirates embassy in Abuja has reacted to the news of restricting Nigerians from entering the UAE over the high level of corruption in the country.

Through an official statement made available by the embassy which revealed that Nigerians were never stopped from entering the country rather certain measures were put in place due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The statement also stated that all that was done was to foster the relationship between the two countries.

Further speaking, they also revealed that the travel between the two countries was limited due to the foreclosures of the Nigerian airspace.

The statement also revealed that the precautionary measures put in place mandate everyone visiting to show their negative PCR test within 92 hours of visiting the UAE.
