The Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu has met the boy who went viral with the slogan ‘mummy calm down’ while negotiating his way out of a punishment from his mother.

Recall that the Governor indicated interest to meet the boy after seeing the viral video of the boy named Ifeoluwa.
He noted this in his address to Lagosians last month in preparation if the Sallah break and told them to calm down in the celebration and stay safe from the covid-19 pandemic.
He noted that the exchange between the little boy and his mother was funny, adding that it depicts the efforts parents put in moulding children into responsible adults.
Governor Sanwo-Olu met the boy and his family yesterday, and he utilized the opportunity to reiterate the need for Lagosians to keep calm and follow all the COVID-19 safety measures.
