Magistrate, Children Protest Over Unpaid Two Years Salary
A magistrate, Safiya Iyeh Ashipu, of the Chief Magistrate Court Odukpani and her sons protested over her two years unpaid salaries by the Cross River State Government.
A magistrate, Safiya Iyeh Ashipu, of the Chief Magistrate Court Odukpani and her sons protested over her two years unpaid salaries by the Cross River State Government.

The family took the protest to the front of the Rivers State Governor’s office in Calabar on Monday, January 4th, 2021.

It was gathered that the Magistrate Ashipu and 28 others have not been paid salaries for over two years.

There has been no word so far from the Cross River State Government.
